The Awareness Center is located next door to Possibilities Books & Gifts.  Here we host special events such as workshops, Open Houses, and many other things.  We also have several weekly classes here, as well as tarot readings and reiki sessions with Gina Pace.

We are always on the lookout for new workshops and classes to host.  If you teach a class that you think would fit in at the Awareness Center, or would like to host a workshop here, please contact our coordinator, Gina, at (570) 342-7505.  If you know someone who teaches Yoga that would like a new space to teach in one day a week, please point them in our direction!

We are happy to have Diana Shahein offering classes with us!

Continually performing, teaching, and traveling in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, Diana as immersed herself in the culture and dance traditions of the people of Egypt and the surrounding desert regions for the past three decades.

"Artiste", as she is called by the residents of Dahab, Sinai who named a supermarket after her, Diana is renowned for her versatility, expressive sincerity, innovative style, and in-depth musical interpretation.  Her expertise lies in her ability to translate cultural dance traditions into a theatrical experience while retaining their charm and simplicity.

A master teacher, Diana has developed a very distinct and accessible teaching method based on the people of Egypt.

Class info:

• Offered weekly on Thursdays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 12:30pm.
• Cost is $15/week, or $50 for the entire month.
• Signups are ongoing, so feel free to drop by for class, or give us a call and leave your name to let us know you're coming!

Reiki Level One:

Gina will be teaching Reiki Level One on Sunday April 5th or Sunday April 26th from 1-5pm.  Cost for either date is $40.  Please give us a call (570-342-7505), stop by, or e-mail Gina to sign up.  We hope to see you there!

Tai Chi:

Tuesdays at 7:30, Rick Schmoyer teaches Advanced Tai Chi.  This class is currently closed.
